Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital service only

SecureBreez is a digital VPN subscription. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping or delivery charges apply. The service is available worldwide wherever using a VPN is lawful.

2. Activation and delivery

Your plan is activated instantly once your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway. We then deliver:

• your account login details;
• your VPN credentials and app download links;
• your invoice (a GST invoice for INR purchases).

These are sent to the email address you used at checkout and are also available in your account dashboard. Delivery normally takes a few minutes and at most 24 hours.

3. Possible delays

• Some payment methods (for example, certain bank transfers or cryptocurrency payments awaiting network confirmations) take longer to confirm.
• Emails can be filtered into spam or promotions folders; please check there first.
• Orders flagged by fraud checks may need a short manual review.

4. Delivery issues

If you have not received your login details or invoice within 24 hours of payment, contact us at Info@securebreez.com or +91 70671 55525 (Monday – Saturday, 10:00 – 19:00 IST (email support is answered 7 days a week)) with your order or transaction ID. If we cannot deliver the service you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.
